Theme: ‘Identity in Christ’
The Youth Sunday Service was observed at All Saints’ Church Jaipur on 9th August, 2026. The service was organized to provide young people with an opportunity to participate actively in worship, demonstrate their gifts and talents, and reflect on their responsibilities as members of the Church. Visiting Christian students from various colleges of Jaipur, also associated themselves with the youth of our Church. The Youth-led service on the theme – ‘Identity in Christ’ included young people in roles such as Scripture reading, prayer, music, testimony and preaching.
The service began with a welcome and opening prayer, followed by praise and worship. The youth participated enthusiastically in leading the congregation through songs and hymns. Bible readings and prayers were also presented by the young members, demonstrating their preparation and willingness to serve.
The message focused on the theme – ‘Identity in Christ’. The speaker, Mr. Ravikanth, encouraged the youth to remain committed to Christ, live exemplary lives, use their talents responsibly, and become active participants in the ministry of their respective Churches. He emphasised that worldly commitments are temporary but commitment to Christ transcends one’s existence. The service also included a brief testimony by Ms. Mahima Sujoy, who highlighted the importance of guiding the youth to lead purposeful lives, according to the teachings of Christ. The special song presented by the students, added interest and variety to the programme.
The congregation responded positively to the involvement of the youth. The programme was conducted in an orderly and respectful manner, and the participants displayed confidence, cooperation, discipline, and spiritual enthusiasm. The use of different gifts—such as music, Scripture reading, counselling and prayer— were effective features of a meaningful Youth Sunday Service.
